If you feel that it is time to wean yourself off of that Cup of Joe here is advice that hardly ever fails. First off, don’t stop anything. Stopping = pain for most people. So instead start something. BEFORE you drink your first cup of coffee drink one large 16 ounce glass of green juice. That could include barley grass, celery-cucumber juice or even something like Pure Synergy. Do this for a few weeks out of shear discipline and then notice how your body naturally gravitates away from coffee and eventually despises it.
