Because we have this idea of “100% raw food” or because we have this idea of “the best ever” - which are both fantastic ideas because they’ve helped us evolve as a culture - but there’s some limitations to those ways of thinking.
And one one of the things I see is that people say, “Oh well, I made it to 100% raw” and they stop evolving their practice or they stop listening to their bodies. Maybe they never listen to their bodies at all. And so there are certain things that are very important that don’t relate, or don’t fall under, that heading of “100% raw”.
